Shipping & Returns

All goods are sourced from various companies worldwide and posted to our shop in the UK, you WILL NOT be charged for this shipping. Shipping costs will only be charged from the UK to your address by Royal Mail First Class Delivery. We keep a large stock of products at our UK Shop, but occasionally we might run out of a particular item, if this is the case you will be informed and given the choice of cancelling your order should you so wish.

Should your order be lost/damaged in transit, we will provide a free of charge replacement where possible, should we no longer have stock of said item/s we will refund your costs in full or offer you an alternative choice. Claims for damage must be made within 7 days of receipt and we may ask for a photograph or return of the item/s by way of proof.

We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase but if you do wish to exchange any item or return them for a refund then we ask that you contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods.

We MUST be informed prior to the return of any goods.
